To open and maintain an account with bd111c, you must:

• Be a natural person aged 21 years or older;
• Be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law;
• Not be an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of bd111c or any of its affiliated entities;
• Not be a person previously excluded or self-excluded from the Platform.

• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or match-fixing involvement;

• Provision of false identification documents;
• Any activity that bd111c reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Where an account is closed for cause, bd111c reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to the player account instantly or within a maximum processing window of 30 minutes. bd111c does not impose transaction fees on deposits, however your mobile wallet provider may apply their own service charges. All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. • The bet was placed on an event that was subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without being rescheduled within 48 hours;
• The odds were published in error (a "palpable error"), including technical glitches or data-feed failures resulting in clearly incorrect prices;
• The bet was placed after the relevant event or market had already closed;
• Evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity relating to the event;
• A technical malfunction of the Platform prevented correct bet processing.

In all void-bet scenarios, the original stake is refunded to the player account.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits awarded by bd111c are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, and validity periods. The specific terms for each promotion are published alongside that promotion and form part of these Terms. Where a conflict exists between a general term and a specific promotional term, the specific promotional term prevails.

Players may not abuse the bonus system including but not limited to: claiming the same welcome offer more than once, using multiple accounts to collect promotional credits, placing hedged bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in any form of arbitrage specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent. bd111c reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
